Thevarr Gunasegaran, Athlete No. 145 of Malaysia was expected to perform much better in the Men’s 200m Finals of South East Asian (SEA) Games 2017 due to their home court advantage.

Since the SEA Games were held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Gunasegaran has more supporters, fans, motivators.

​

He should be adept on the field, yet he ended up in 3rd place where he can grab a bronze medal.

​

Gunasegaran did his best and scored 21.26 seconds and be victorious with bronze medal.

​

He showed his sportsmanship because he knows that he just need more training and do better next time.

​

Although he ended 3rd place, he is still happy for the result because only few can join in SEA Games and he played on it.

​

It is also good for Malaysia because he will bring and contribute another medal for the country.
