Senator Ronald ‘Bato’ Dela Rosa complains about teenagers especially netizens who asks for war against China but does not even like the idea of the Reserved Officers Training Corps (ROTC).

“Karamihan sa kabataan natin lalo na mga netizens, gusto makipaggera sa China, ayaw niyo naman mag-ROTC…puro keyboard keyboard, puro comment lang naman,” Sen. Dela Rosa said.

He emphasized that war is not just about commenting online, it’s real, it requires training and preparation and our people is not ready for that.

​

“Gusto niyo gera sa China, ayaw niyo naman sa ROTC,” he added.

Filipinos are supposed to be trained physically and mentally before going to a battle, this is where Sen. Dela Rosa explained the importance of ROTC.

“Kailangan natin magmaster ng mga fighters, ng mga warriors, mga sundalo sa reserved force…dapat available sila anytime,” Sen. Dela Rosa said.
